AHH! Paranoid?

Im about 9 and a half weeks,im broke,and i have severe cramping at the moment...not the usual uterus stretching cramping more like my stomach is closing in on itself or something.I was approved for medicaid but havent got my medicaid number yet.So im not really sure if .My mom and my sister have both had a few miscarriages so im not sure if im being paranoid or if im legitamately concerned...I want to go to the doctor or nextcare or the er or something but again i dont have an insurance number so i dont know if theyll except it and i certainly cant afford to go pay out of pocket at the moment.Does anyone know how medicaid would work in this situation or do i have to wait til i get an actual medicaid number...i got a paper in the mail saying it was approved but it also said attention physicians this is not authorization for treatment or something like that on it
