Place artificial palm trees in the center of the room, surround it with some sand and sprinkle some shells over the place, you can also place inflatable dolphins and surf boards here and there to give the feel of the ocean. Tropical drinks with umbrellas and a slice of pineapple. When guests arrive, welcome them by putting a colorful flower garland around their necks. Tell everyone to dress in bright colours too.
