Medical transcription what line rate should i ask for 15 years exp acute care. QA 98.5 or better.?

i hope to find answer. i have QA score of 98.5 consistently, specialty Pathology, and 15 years from general to acute care, from small rural hospitals to world reknown teaching hospitals. and all these online companies seem to not be paying me what i'm worth! i am trying to support two kids with no help and no end in site. i started wtih minicettes, to courier coming to house, to waiting for year for company to write their own software, to companies that say one thing when they hire and i feel i'm worth at least 12cents a line and only get offered 9cents. please help
