Will you be ripped off by the FCC by the Digital Tv conversion ?

There's talk among the broadcasters that I deal with, that some of the current og VHF frequencies will be reoccupied by digital broadcasts. I've found nothing to back it up, though. Call your local VHF stations and ask them.
