Check the package you got for the article and get the name of the company. When you get that you may find they have an e-mail address on it or a phone number. If not check the company in the phone book portion on your computer and see if they have a number and call them and let them know the problem. I have had some of the kits and when I have opened them they have the number of the color and the matching number for another company. You may be able to get in touch with a firm that sells the thread and see if they can help you.
