Will obamas "crap & trade" raise the cost to cool my home?

Stuff like this makes me wonder if they just made up global warming just so they could charge us with extra taxes. They said the earth was going to freez in the 70s now they are saying it will melt. I think its a just a natural cycle in the earth. Not saying we should be puting all of this crap in our air. Thier should be laws to regulate cars not tax em. Hear comes our savoior the evil obama. I live in Austin texas. We are in drought to. Did you notice the TONS AND TONS of chemtrails they have been spraying? I think its becasue of that. Alot of framers work in texas. So they put it in drought so the big companys sell all the goods becasue they can give more to our gov. I know sounds like alot of concpericy bull ****, i didint belive it befor but now Idk....
