Euthanizing domestic pets?

I don't believe there are any laws on this. However, a Veterinarian may refuse to euthanize any animal that he/she does not think should be put down. That is the right of the Veterinarian. Why don't you suggest her giving them to the local SPCA/Shelter. Atleast then they'd have a chance. How exactly are they misbehaving?
