I need help turbo charging my eclipse! TURBO BOV cheap?

Ok well I had a 2005 srt-4 which as most of u kno it turbo charged and i got rid of it and got a 2003 convertible eclipse gs. I put the basics on the eclipse already, cold air intake new sound system gauges hood etc. but i miss the turbo from my srt-4. lets face it my 4 cyl eclipse is slow as hell now. I'm not looking to spend a lot considering i already dropped over a k into the car this summer. I just want some more horses and the bov sound without looking like a ricer and gettin a fake bov whistle haha. thanks
