Do i have active tuberculosis? Im so worried now, help...?

I just browse in internet, there are 2 types of tyberculosis, active and inactive. But i dont know which one i have - but im sure im not 100% healthy. I always have white phlegm, difficulty breathing, and whenever i wake up in the morning - the first phlegm that came out is yellow but i dont cough. Are there people with active tuberculosis that doesnt cought?
