Texas, Georgia, Washington, or Kentucky? (Rank)?

I just moved to Texas (Austin) so obviously my choice would be Texas. People are friendly. The housing market is growing. Business is growing and developing. Plus no state income tax! True it's hotter in the summer, but you get more beautiful days and a short, mild winter. There is great night life and great music. People seem to be very health oriented here and 'earth friendly'. It's great for families too. Lots to do!
