Need friendship advice.?

Okay, so my friend is a compulsive/blatant liar. She says that she goes to Sweden every few months, speaks the language fluently, and everything, but she can't prove this and always has to use a translator or phrase book to "double check". She also can't/won't prove she's gone to Sweden because we're "her friends and should believe whatever she says." She also is obsessed with things like Ikea, Saab, wears nothing but yellow and blue, and writes all of her ignments in "Swedish". Does this sound like some sort of mental disability or is she just seeking attention? Thanks in advance. (:
