How does one sue a software service provider in India and expose poor or no services?

How does one sue/file a case against a service provider in India if he has not delivered the services on time (I have all the proofs over the email, including the fake promises, lame excuses inspite of doing the payment promptly). I have showed it to a lawyer and he has confirmed that the proofs are enough. I also intend to bring this to software community in India. The website developed has been a laughing stock and this service provider is not able to fix basic defects such as screen resolutions !
