Ima slender young man so my tummy kills it for my body ! I wanna flatten it out and I want stronger more noticable calves. NOT the calves that are mostly shin and then there's a big *** calve way up there ya know! I want the y ones the gradually grow from the ankle !! So I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions of nightly exercise I could do! & a diet plan?...
