Rabbit trample babys?

Well my rabbite is pregnant and she has a verry small hutch, theres room for a nesting box and then theres a bit of room for her to place 2 bowls for food and water, i put her in my shed and thaught there was pleanty of space but my rabbit eat through a pice of wood and got out. Im waiting for my bf to fix it but today she stated pulling out her fur for a nest, do you think she will be fine in the hutch or if she tramples her babies would they die?
