Why do people say Blind Melon was a one hit wonder?

I am honestly mind boggled by people calling Blind Melon a one hit wonder. Sure No Rain was a good song however they have so many more good songs and are hands down the most underated band of all time. I can list at list 20 songs of Blind Melon's that blow all the crap music today out of the water. RIP SHANNON HOON!
